and TPU: Pos. Film.

Flatbed
Choose this setting to scan reflective documents.
TPU: Color Neg. Film, TPU: Monochrome Neg. Film, TPU: Pos. Film
Select one of these sources, depending on the type of film
(negative or positive, color or monochrome) you are scanning while using the
Film Adapter or the built-in transparency unit (TPU). For color negative film,
select TPU: Color Neg. Film; for monochrome negative film, select TPU:
Monochrome Neg. Film; for positive film (or slides), select the TPU:
Pos. Film setting.
|
Note:
|
| -
When you change the Document Source from Flatbed to transparent materials (TPU: Color Neg. Film, TPU: Monochrome Neg. Film, or TPU: Pos. Film), a message appears informing you to remove the reflective document mat.
|
|
|
- The settings you used when you closed EPSON
TWAIN the last time remain in effect. Therefore, if you scanned
transparent materials, when you start EPSON TWAIN again and try
to scan reflective documents, an error message appears. If this
happens, set the Document Source to Flatbed.
