Troubleshooting

Color Documents Print in Black Only

Try one or more of these solutions:

• Make sure the color data settings in your application are correct.

• For Windows, make sure Color/B&W Photo is set in the Main Menu. See Making Settings on the Main Menu.

For Mac OS 8.6 to 9.x, make sure Color/B&W Photo is set in the Print dialog box. See Making Settings in the Print Dialog Box.

For Mac OS X, make sure Color/B&W Photo is set in the Print Settings selected in the Print dialog box. See Ink.
