Uninstalling the Printer Software (Windows only)

Follow the instructions below to uninstall the EPSON printer driver and utilities for Windows.

1. Double-click the My Computer icon then double-click the Control Panel.

2. Double-click Add/Remove Programs.

3. Select EPSON Printer Software to uninstall the printer driver, or select EPSON Status Monitor 2 to uninstall the utility from the software list. Click Add/Remove. If you are uninstalling printer software, a dialog box appears and you need to select the printer icon for the driver you want to uninstall.

4. Follow the instructions on the screen to uninstall the software.

Before uninstalling EPSON Status Monitor 2, make sure that the background monitoring feature is turned off.
