If you see a message that paper has jammed inside the product,
try these solutions:
- Cancel the
print job from your computer, if necessary.
- Press the
OK button and follow
the instructions on the LCD screen to clear the jam.
- Lift up the
scanner unit and remove any jammed paper.
Caution:
Do not touch the flat white cable inside the
printer.
- Squeeze the
buttons to release the rear cover and remove it from your product.
- Remove any
jammed paper from the rear cover.
- Open the
rear cover and remove any additional jammed paper.
- Remove any
paper jammed in the rear of your product. Avoid touching the paper
feed rollers.
- Reattach the
rear cover.
- Lower the
scanner unit.
- Press one of
the Start buttons to resume printing. If you
still see a paper jam message, check the other paper jam
solutions.
- Carefully
follow all paper loading instructions when you load new paper.
