If paper has jammed in the rear manual feed tray, try these solutions:
- Cancel the print job from your computer, if necessary.
- Press the
paper/cancel button to eject
the paper from the back of the product. - Carefully remove the jammed paper as shown.
- After
removing the paper, press the paper/cancel button again to
clear the error.
- If you are
unable to remove the paper, turn the product off and slowly pull
the paper out.
Note: If you are still unable to remove the paper or clear the error, contact Epson for support.
