Paper Jam Problems - Thick Media or CD/DVD

If thick media or the CD/DVD tray has jammed inside the product, try these solutions:

  1. Cancel the print job from your computer, if necessary.
  2. Pull the paper or tray out from the front of the product.

    Note: A CD/DVD tray is shown in the illustrations, but the same procedure applies to thick media.
  3. After removing the jammed paper or tray, press the  paper/cancel button to cancel the error.
  4. If the  paper/cancel light is still flashing, turn off the product, wait a moment, then turn it back on.
    Note: If you are unable to remove the paper or tray, or clear the error, contact Epson for support.
