Before installing the scanner software, make sure that your system meets the following requirements.

For PCs

Windows with USB 1.1

System

Microsoft^® Windows^® XP Home Edition/XP Professional/Me/98/2000 Professional/
(Pre-installed model or upgrade of Windows Me/98/2000 Professional pre-installed model)

Note:
This system operates only when the USB interface is used in full speed mode.

Interface

USB port (TYPE A receptacle)

Display

SVGA or higher resolution monitor, 800 x 600 screen resolution or higher, and 16-bit (High Color)

USB 2.0 Host Driver by Microsoft is required.
