The Portal Dashboard Home screen acts as a gateway to the Production Monitor. Click on each area of the screen for more details.

A	Header	Icons that are displayed in the header area allow you to perform general operations in Epson Cloud Solution PORT. : Click this icon to go back to the Portal Dashboard Home page. : Click this icon to open the help page where you can view manuals, get FAQs, or contact Epson. : Click this icon to open the notification screen for Epson Cloud Solution PORT. : Click this icon to select the Configuration Manager screen. : Click this icon to log out of Epson Cloud Solution PORT.
B	Printer Operation Status	Displays an overview of the operating status for all managed printers. Click this section to open the printer operating status screen.
C	Report	Displays an overview of the operation results for all managed printers. Click this section to open the operation results report screen. Note: Some printers cannot record print history. Therefore, the areas related to the printer's print history, such as operating results, graphs, and reports, may not be displayed. In addition, the values may not be reflected in the operating results and reports of all printers.

Printer Operation Status

Displays an overview of the operating status for all managed printers. Click this section to open the printer operating status screen.

Report

Displays an overview of the operation results for all managed printers. Click this section to open the operation results report screen.

Note:

Some printers cannot record print history. Therefore, the areas related to the printer's print history, such as operating results, graphs, and reports, may not be displayed. In addition, the values may not be reflected in the operating results and reports of all printers.
