Printer Report screen

Navigation: To display this screen, click Total Print Area of Printer Operation Result, or the Operation Results area on the Report top screen.

Displays the following information for all registered printers:

  • Total hourly print volume, print volume statistics, operating status of all printers

  • Total hourly print volume, print volume statistics, operating status of individual printers

Note:

Some printers cannot record print history. Therefore, the areas related to the printer's print history, such as operating results, graphs, and reports, may not be displayed. In addition, the values may not be reflected in the operating results and reports of all printers.

Select the group of printers you want to display.

Displays the period of the set report. Click to display the calendar and set the report period.

Click the title line to show or hide Total Printers.

Total Print Area

Displays the total hourly print volume and print volume statistics for all printers during the report period.

Operation Results

Displays the operating status for all printers during the report period.

H

Breakdown (report details for each printer)

Displays the hourly total print volume, print volume statistics, and operating status for each printer.

C. Groups

You can filter the displayed printers by groups. Click this setting and select the group you want to display from the drop-down menu. Select [All] to display all printers.

You can click > Configuration Manager > Printer List to set up groups.

D. Unit

You can select the unit you want to display in the graph. Click this setting and select the unit you want to display from the drop-down menu.

  • Number of Jobs: Set the number of print jobs sent from the printer as the unit.

  • m: Set the length (m) of the paper used in the print job as the unit.

  • : Set the area () of the paper used in the print job as the unit.

  • ft: Set the length (ft) of the paper used in the print job as the unit.

  • ft²: Set the area (ft²) of the paper used in the print job as the unit.

  • Sheets: Set the number (Sheets) for the paper used in the print job as a unit.

  • imp.: View the actual print job.

E. Period settings

You can specify a date range for which you want to output a report.

  • : Display the previous and next months.

  • Month: Click to select any month.

  • Year: Click to select any year.

  • Calender: You can set any time period by selecting the start or end date, and then select the end or start date from the time period you enabled.

F. Total Print Area

The total print volume for the specified period is displayed as a bar graph.

The vertical axis is displayed in the unit you set in Unit.

Depending on the set period, the units and scale displayed on the horizontal axis change as shown in the following table.

The following information is also displayed in the bar graph.

  • Hover over each bar in the bar graph to check the print amount at that time.

  • Dashed (yellow): Indicates the maximum print volume.

  • Dashed (green): Indicates the average print volume.

The total amount of print information is displayed next to the bar graph.

  • Total Jobs: Displays the number of print jobs sent from the printer.

  • Total Print Area: Displays the amount of paper for the print job in the unit you selected. Also, the item name display changes according to the specified unit. It is not displayed when Number of Jobs is selected as the unit.

G. Operation Results

The operating status is displayed in a donut chart.

  • Printing: Printing or canceling a print job.

  • Ready: Waiting to print (includes printers in sleep mode).

  • Error: A normal error such as running out of ink or paper, or a fatal error has occurred.

  • Other: Other statuses, such as under maintenance.

Operating Rate: The donut chart displays the percentage that the printer was printing. Displays the throughput when imp. is set as the unit.

H. Breakdown (report details for each printer)

The following information is displayed.

Printer Name

Displays the printer serial number or registered name.

If you want to change the printer name, click > Configuration Manager, select a printer from the Printer List > Edit. If you do not change the name, the serial number is displayed.

Total Print Area

Displays the print volume for each printer. The legend is the same as “Total Print Area”.

Operation Results

Displays the operating rate for printers in a donut chart. The legend is the same as “Operation Results”.

The donut chart displays the percentage that the printer was printing.
