Setting Frame Interpolation

You can use the projector's Frame Interpolation feature to smooth fast-moving video by comparing consecutive image frames and inserting an intermediate image frame between them.

Frame Interpolation is available in these conditions:

  • This setting is available when using one of the following input sources:

    • HDMI1

    • HDMI2

  • Image Processing is set to Fine in the projector's Signal I/O menu.

  1. Turn on the projector and switch to the image source you want to use.

  2. Press the Menu button on the control panel or remote control.

  3. Select the Image menu and press Enter.

  4. Select Frame Interpolation and press Enter.

  5. Select the level of interpolation and press Enter.

  6. Press Menu or Esc to exit the menus.

If your resulting images contain noise, turn off the Frame Interpolation setting.
