Select this when using Digest authentication to authenticate using a Web Control Password. Be sure to use the latest version of Epson Projector Management. |

Select this when performing plain text authentication using the Monitor Password (up to 16 alphanumeric characters long). 
Select Compatible when using Epson Projector Management Ver.5.30 or earlier, or when monitoring the projector in combination with a switcher or controller. Make sure the Monitor Password matches the password used with the switcher or controller. |

Select On to enable the Web API function. |

Authentication |
Selects the security for your projector to use during Web API communications. Open: Security is not set. Digest: Communication is performed using API authentication (Digest authentication). See the Web API Specifications for Projectors for details. |

Set to On to monitor and control the projector using Basic Control in Epson Web Control. |

Message Broadcasting |
